Round-trip UberXL from DFW runs at least $200 per vehicle. Two of them for a group of 12 is $400+ in Ubers alone. Our 2024-or-newer Ford Transits seat 12, $165 a day. Complimentary delivery on qualifying trips. Flat fee everywhere else.
A round-trip UberXL from DFW runs at least $200 per vehicle on a normal weekend, plus the wait at the curb and the gamble on whether the luggage actually fits. For a group of 12 splitting across two of them, that's $400+ in airport Ubers before anyone leaves the curb. And that's just the airport run, not the trips in between.
A Ford Transit handles every airport pickup and drop-off in a single vehicle, then stays parked at the hotel for the rest of the trip. The whole group rides together both directions. Bags fit. Schedule holds. Costs roughly the same as the Ubers would have cost. Except you also have a vehicle for the entire stay.
On rentals 7 days or more, delivery to DFW or Love Field for a flat fee. Pickup in North Dallas for shorter rentals. $165 a day, 250 miles included, unlimited mileage add-on if you need it.
Multi-generational families arriving for a long weekend. Complimentary delivery on qualifying trips. Flat fee everywhere else. The Transit's waiting when you land.

“The easiest passenger van rental experience I’ve ever had. The entire rental agreement was completed electronically ahead of time, making both pickup and drop-off quick and hassle-free. Much easier than renting a large van through the airport.”

We deliver the Transit to DFW or Love Field for a reasonable flat fee, with pickup time confirmed before your booking so it is ready and waiting for your group. Pickup at our North Dallas location is also an option.
You rent the Transit for the days you need it. The rate is the same whether you use it for just airport runs or for the whole stay. For groups flying in for a weekend, renting the Transit for the full weekend usually makes more sense than booking it just for the airport days.
The Transit fits standard hotel parking spots. Same footprint as a large SUV, just taller. Most DFW hotels accommodate it without issue. Garage clearance can be tight at some downtown hotels (the Transit needs about 7'1" of clearance), so we recommend checking with your hotel ahead of time if you're staying somewhere with structured parking.
Yes, on qualifying trips. Delivery across the metroplex and to DFW and Love Field is normally a flat fee, and we waive it on trips that qualify. Text us your dates and pickup point and we'll confirm right away.
