When you book, that Transit comes off our calendar for your dates and goes to nobody else. We text you the plate number and where it is parked the afternoon before pickup.
Pickup is at our North Dallas location. Exact address comes with your booking confirmation. Once you've completed the license and insurance verification through the app, your Transit is ready at the time you booked with the keys inside. There is no counter to stand at. Delivery to DFW or Love Field is available for a flat fee.

The listing won't tell you the mileage, the accident history, or whether the van is a salvage-title buyback. It won't mention the smoke smell in the headliner or the stains in the third row either. You find that out at pickup, when it's too late to do anything about it. Plus Turo's checkout layers in service fees on top of a 100 to 200 mile daily cap. We include 250 a day and you can take the cap off entirely at checkout.
